By using this website, participating in our programs, purchasing our products, or enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of This Site
This website is operated by Trinity. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Trinity. By accessing this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions described here.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility
Our programs and courses are intended for youth and young adults. For participants under the age of 18, parental or guardian permission is required to register or provide personal information.
3. Online Courses
All course materials, including videos, documents, and exercises, are for educational purposes only and are the intellectual property of Trinity unless otherwise noted.
You may not share, reproduce, or distribute course content without written permission.
We reserve the right to revoke access to any course if a user violates these terms or engages in inappropriate behavior.
4. Product Sales
We offer physical products (e.g. books) and digital items through our website.
Shipping:
- We only ship within Canada
Refunds:
- Physical products: Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Digital courses: Due to the nature of online content, we do not offer refunds once a course is accessed.
5. Donations
All donations are processed securely through CanadaHelps. Donors will receive an official tax receipt from CanadaHelps. Donation transactions are final and non-refundable.
6. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Code of Conduct
All program participants, whether online or in person, are expected to treat others with respect. Discrimination, harassment, or harmful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from our programs or courses.
