After completing the form below, you’ll be sent your timesheet, intake survey and our volunteer handbook, and be ready to start your volunteer placement. 

If you’re 13 or older you’ll also receive an invite to our Discord server, the Community of Service Network, a space of inspiration and support. Find out more about our plans for the network and how we’ll be creating a safer online space for youth here.

Note: If you are under the age of 19, you may need parental consent for some of the questions.
